How do I download my purchase?

After making a purchase, you will be redirected to the download page of your purchased product. You will also receive a link to this page on the email address used for payment. The download provided can be downloaded up to 5 times before expiring.

In order to prevent piracy we have decided to not offer any refunds for any of our products. We encourage you to test out our demos before making a purchase.

What kind of license do I get with Flowsonics plugins?

Answer

The license is for a single user, and is effective for the lifetime of the purchaser worldwide. Flowsonics plugins can not be shared with other users on torrent and cloud services. Transferring, reselling or redistributing licenses is only permitted after getting written authorization from Flowsonics. For license transfers, please e-mail us at contact@flowsonics.net

Do Flowsonics plugins have any copy protection?

Answer

There are no copy protections in our plugins, and you are free to install them on any computer that you own.

Plugins are not showing up in my DAW.

Answer

If you are having problems getting our plugins to show up in your DAW, please try to restart your computer and then do a rescan for plugins in the DAW. If you find a bug, please send us a mail at contact@flowsonics.net or contact us at Facebook as soon as possible. Please include a description of the bug, and what you think might have triggered it. It would also be helpful if you include information about what host (DAW) and OS (Windows or Mac) you are using.

What is the folder location for Flowsonics plugins and presets?

Answer

Windows: In the installer, you can choose where to store the plugins. The standard locations are: C:\Program Files (x86)\VstPlugins C:\Program Files\VSTPlugins The preset files (.snaps extension) are stored in this folder: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Flowsonics The USERNAME will need to be replaced with the correct username of your computer. Mac: After running the installer, the plugin location on Mac will be in the User Library. To find this location, go to the Home Screen, and click Go -> Go to Folder, you can then paste in the following location to find the plugins: ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/ The preset files are stored in ~/Library/Flowsonics/
