How do I download my purchase?
After making a purchase, you will be redirected to the download page of your purchased product. You will also receive a link to this page on the email address used for payment. The download provided can be downloaded up to 5 times before expiring.
Is a refund possible?
In order to prevent piracy we have decided to not offer any refunds for any of our products. We encourage you to test out our demos before making a purchase.
What kind of license do I get with Flowsonics plugins?
The license is for a single user, and is effective for the lifetime of the purchaser worldwide.
Do Flowsonics plugins have any copy protection?
There are no copy protections in our plugins, and you are free to install them on any computer that you own.
My download link has expired, can I get a new one?
Of course! Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly help you.
Plugins are not showing up in my DAW.
If you are having problems getting our plugins to show up in your DAW, please try to restart your computer and then do a rescan for plugins in the DAW.
I found a bug in a plugin.
If you find a bug, please send us a mail at email@example.com or contact us at Facebook as soon as possible. Please include a description of the bug, and what you think might have triggered it. It would also be helpful if you include information about what host (DAW) and OS (Windows or Mac) you are using.
